What is cold-pressed juice?
What it is
Cold-pressed juice is made by grinding fruit and vegetables into a pulp, then squeezing the juice out under pressure, rather than spinning it through a fast blade like a kitchen juicer. Nothing is heat-treated, nothing is added, and it isn't made from concentrate.
Ours is pressed on a BIO Midi hydraulic press, bottled, capped and frozen straight away. No HPP, no pasteurisation. Freezing is how we keep it fresh.

What makes cold-pressed juice different?
It's pressed, not spun. Whole vegetables are ground to a pulp, then squeezed under pressure on a hydraulic press, which takes the juice out without heat. Nothing is added, nothing is made from concentrate, and nothing is heat-treated. What goes in the press is what ends up in the bottle.
Is cold-pressed juice good for you?
It's juice made from whole vegetables and nothing else. Ours is vegetable-led rather than fruit-led, pressed raw and bottled the same day, and every product page lists the full ingredients and nutrition so you can see exactly what's in it. A 150ml glass counts towards your five a day.
Why is it frozen?
Freezing is what keeps it raw. Most chilled "cold-pressed" juice is high-pressure processed to extend its life, and carton juice is heat-pasteurised. We do neither. Every bottle goes into the blast freezer within minutes of capping, which locks it at its freshest and gives you three months in the freezer instead of a few days on a shelf.
How do I store and thaw it?
Straight into the freezer when it arrives, where it keeps for three months. Move a bottle to the fridge the night before you want it, give it a shake, and drink it within three days.
