Why we flash-freeze, never pasteurise
Almost every cold-pressed juice on a UK shelf has had something done to it to make it last — heat, or high pressure. We do neither. We press, we freeze within hours, and it reaches you frozen. Nothing added, nothing taken out, nothing done to it in between.

Every juice is cold-pressed on a slow hydraulic press in Bishop's Stortford and flash-frozen within hours.
How it works
From press to freezer to your door
Freezing isn't a compromise. It's the reason nothing else has to be done to the juice.

Pressed
Whole fruit and vegetables go through a slow hydraulic press in small batches at our unit in Bishop's Stortford. Nothing is added.

Flash-frozen
Within hours of pressing, every bottle goes into the blast freezer. No heat, no high pressure, no preservatives — freezing is the only thing we do to it.
- 03
Delivered frozen
Packed with ice packs in an insulated box and sent on a tracked UK courier, Monday to Saturday. It arrives frozen or chilled, ready for your freezer.

Defrost & drink
Move a bottle to the fridge overnight, or stand it in cold water for around twenty minutes. Once defrosted, drink it within three days.

It's designed to arrive frozen, but a little thawing in transit does no harm. Put it straight in the freezer and it's good to go.

The things people ask
Mostly about the freezing, which is fair enough — it's the part that makes us different.
Is your juice really cold-pressed?
Yes. Every batch goes through a slow hydraulic press at our unit in Bishop's Stortford. No centrifugal juicer, no heat, no water added — just whole fruit and vegetables under pressure.
Why do you freeze your juice?
Because it means we don't have to do anything else to it. Unpasteurised juice has a very short life in the fridge, so most brands either heat it or put it through high-pressure processing to make it last. We flash-freeze within hours of pressing instead. No heat, no pressure, no preservatives.
Do you pasteurise or HPP your juice?
No, and we never have. Freezing is the only thing that happens to the juice after it leaves the press.
How long does it keep?
Frozen, it keeps until the date on the bottle. Once you've defrosted one, keep it in the fridge and drink it within three days.
How much sugar is in it?
There's no added sugar in anything we make. Whatever sugar is in the bottle is what was in the fruit and vegetables to begin with, which is why most of our blends are built around 70% vegetables rather than fruit. Every product carries a full nutrition panel.
Which juice should I start with?
A variety box or a bundle is the easiest way in — you get to taste the range before deciding what you actually like. If you'd rather we narrowed it down for you, use the juice finder.
Do you deliver across the UK?
Yes. We deliver to mainland UK on a tracked courier, Monday to Saturday, in an insulated box packed with ice. Delivery is free on orders over £50.
What if it arrives partly thawed?
Not a problem. The box is built to keep everything cold in transit, but a little softening can happen. Put the bottles straight into the freezer when they arrive and they're fine.
Can I pause or cancel a subscription?
