No, our juices are not pasteurised or subjected to High Pressure Processing (HPP) to extend their shelf life. Instead, we use flash freezing as our preservation method, which is the most effective way to retain the vital vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes found in our juices.

Many traditional juice preservation techniques, like pasteurisation and HPP, can compromise the nutritional integrity of the juice by destroying essential components. Enzymes, which play a crucial role in transporting nutrients, repairing tissues, and eliminating toxins, are especially vulnerable and are significantly degraded by these methods.

By choosing flash freezing, we ensure that you receive juices packed with the full spectrum of health benefits, allowing you to enjoy the freshest and most nutritious experience possible!

We ship our juices frozen to ensure that the flavor, nutrients, and enzymes are perfectly preserved. This method is essential because it locks in the freshness and quality that you expect from a high-quality juice. Unlike other brands that often rely on processing methods that can cook out these vital elements, we believe in maintaining the integrity of our juices.

Shipping our juices frozen means you’re getting a product that’s as close to fresh-pressed juicing at home as you can get, without any of the hassle. You won’t have to worry about rushing to drink them before they spoil, giving you the freedom to incorporate our delicious juices into your routine at your convenience. It’s all about providing you with the highest quality and most enjoyable experience possible!

Absolutely! If your juices arrived partially thawed, they are still perfectly safe to consume. Typically, if they are between 32-35 degrees Fahrenheit, the quality and safety remain intact. You have a couple of options:

  • If you’re not ready to start your cleanse, you can simply place them back in the freezer.
  • Alternatively, if you’re eager to enjoy them, feel free to put them in the refrigerator and start consuming right away. The choice is yours!

No, we do not add any sugar to our juices! Our juice cleanse is completely natural and free from added sugars, making it safe for diabetics to enjoy. While fruits do contain natural sugars, specifically fructose and glucose, they generally have a low to medium glycemic index. This means they are less likely to cause a rapid spike in blood glucose levels compared to other carbohydrate-rich foods, such as white or wholemeal bread. You can enjoy our juices without worrying about added sugars!

At Recovery Juice, we’re deeply committed to protecting the health of our planet just as much as we are to your well-being! After extensive research, we found that using recycled plastic (rPET) for our Cold Pressed Juices offers the best option in terms of sustainability and has the lowest carbon footprint.

While glass might seem like a more eco-friendly choice, it posed a significant challenge during our flash-freezing process. Unfortunately, glass can shatter under those conditions, leading us to explore alternatives. The only other option would have been to heat pasteurise our juices, which not only compromises their nutritional value but also has its own negative environmental impacts due to the energy used in heating.

By choosing recycled plastic, we aim to minimize our ecological footprint while ensuring that you receive the freshest, most nutritious juices possible. We encourage you to recycle our bottles after use to continue this commitment to sustainability!

The colour variations in our juices from batch to batch are a natural result of using premium, fresh fruits and vegetables. Just like the skins and pulp of these ingredients can differ significantly in color, so too can the juices they produce.

This is a testament to the quality and freshness of our ingredients, as each batch reflects the unique characteristics of the produce we source.

Separation in your juice is completely natural! There’s no need to worry—just give your bottle a good shake before enjoying.

Unlike many store-bought beverages that contain stabilizers to prevent separation, we believe in keeping our juices pure and free from artificial additives.

Delivery & Shipping

We have recently added Klarna to some of our cleanses/plans to enable you to spread the cost and enjoy your juice even if pay day is next week!

Delivery typically takes 1-2 business days, but processing/juicing time is not included in this estimate. We ship orders Monday through Friday. If you place an order later in the week and it cannot arrive by Saturday, we’ll hold it for processing and shipment until the following Monday, when it will be freshly pressed and shipped immediately. Any juice unable to be delivered at the weekend will be left in the courier depot - we can't have that!

If you are anticipating starting your cleanse on a Monday (we all love a Monday start!) then we recommend planning ahead and ordering mid week. The juices will be delivered frozen and you can keep them in your freezer until Sunday night, thaw in the fridge and you'll be all set for your Monday cleanse!

You don’t need to be home when your order arrives! Each package is shipped in an insulated box designed to keep your juices fresh, even if left outside for a short time. However, because our products are perishable, we encourage you to unpack your order as soon as possible and store the juices in your freezer or refrigerator.

During checkout, you’ll have the option to specify a safe delivery location. We highly recommend filling this out! If your package is returned to the depot for re-delivery, it could affect the quality of your juice if it spends too long in transit.

Once your order is processed for delivery you will receive a confirmation email with the courier tracking number.

Monday-Thursday we use DPD. For Saturday deliveries (shipped Friday) we use Evri. The couriers will inform you of your estimated delivery time slot on the day.

Unfortunately due to custom regulations we are unable to deliver fresh juice to Northern Ireland at present.

We are unable to deliver on Sundays & Mondays due to courier restrictions. As soon as we find a way to get our juice to you 7 days a week we'll let you know!
