Returns for Defective Products
We accept returns for defective products only.
A product is considered defective if it arrives:
Damaged
Faulty
Leaking
Unsafe to consume
Incorrect or incomplete due to a fulfilment error
Frozen & Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable and frozen nature of our products:
Frozen goods are exempt from physical return
If a frozen product is defective, we will offer:
A replacement, or
A refund, depending on the circumstances
This applies to all cold-pressed juices, shots, cleanses, and bundles requiring frozen or chilled delivery.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
To help us resolve the issue promptly:

Include:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographic evidence where applicable
Processing Time
Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 2 working days
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Replacements are dispatched as quickly as possible
Missing or Incorrect Items
If an item is missing or incorrect, we will:
Send the missing or correct item at no additional cost, or
Offer a refund if a replacement is not appropriate
Please notify us as soon as the issue is identified.
Non-Returnable Situations
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements where:
An incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout
Delivery instructions were incomplete or inaccurate
The issue is reported outside the delivery day window
