This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Returns for Defective Products

We accept returns for defective products only.

A product is considered defective if it arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Leaking

  • Unsafe to consume

  • Incorrect or incomplete due to a fulfilment error

Frozen & Perishable Goods

Due to the perishable and frozen nature of our products:

  • Frozen goods are exempt from physical return

  • If a frozen product is defective, we will offer:

    • A replacement, or

    • A refund, depending on the circumstances

This applies to all cold-pressed juices, shots, cleanses, and bundles requiring frozen or chilled delivery.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To help us resolve the issue promptly:

  • Contact us at detox@recoveryjuice.co.uk

  • Notify us on the day of delivery

  • Include:

    • Your order number

    • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photographic evidence where applicable

Processing Time

  • Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 2 working days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Replacements are dispatched as quickly as possible

Missing or Incorrect Items

If an item is missing or incorrect, we will:

  • Send the missing or correct item at no additional cost, or

  • Offer a refund if a replacement is not appropriate

Please notify us as soon as the issue is identified.

Non-Returnable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements where:

  • An incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout

  • Delivery instructions were incomplete or inaccurate

  • The issue is reported outside the delivery day window
