About the range
What goes into our beetroot juice
Every bottle starts with whole beetroot, pushed through a slow hydraulic press at our juicery in Bishop's Stortford. No concentrate, no water, no powders — just the root, pressed cold so it keeps its deep colour and earthy character.
The range runs from Pure Beets, about as close to raw beetroot as a bottle gets, through to blends that soften the earthiness with apple, carrot and a little ginger. Want it concentrated? The 60ml beetroot and ginger shot delivers the same juice in a single mouthful.
Nothing has added sugar — what sweetness there is comes from the beetroot and fruit themselves. Everything is flash-frozen straight off the press and delivered frozen, so it reaches you exactly as it left the press.

Why we flash-freeze, never pasteurise
Almost every cold-pressed juice on a UK shelf has had something done to it to make it last — heat, or high pressure. We do neither. We press, we cap, we freeze straight away, and it reaches you frozen. Nothing added, nothing taken out, nothing done to it in between.

How it works
From press to freezer to your door
Freezing isn't a compromise. It's the reason nothing else has to be done to the juice.

Pressed
Whole fruit and vegetables go through a slow hydraulic press in small batches at our unit in Bishop's Stortford. Nothing is added.

Flash-frozen
Within hours of pressing, every bottle goes into the blast freezer. No heat, no high pressure, no preservatives — freezing is the only thing we do to it.

Delivered frozen
Packed with ice packs in an insulated box and sent on a tracked UK courier, Monday to Saturday. It arrives frozen or chilled, ready for your freezer.

Defrost & drink
Move a bottle to the fridge overnight, or stand it in cold water for around twenty minutes. Once defrosted, drink it within three days.
Delivery & storage
It arrives frozen. Then it waits for you.

Is your beetroot juice from concentrate?
No. Every bottle is cold-pressed from whole beetroot and frozen as it is — nothing reconstituted from concentrate, no water added.
What does it taste like?
Deep and earthy with a natural sweetness. Pure Beets is the most intense; the blends soften it with apple, carrot and a little ginger for something easier to drink every day.
Is there any added sugar?
None. The only sugar in the bottle is what's naturally in the beetroot and fruit. We never add any, and nothing comes from a powder or syrup.
What's the difference between Pure Beets and the blends?
Pure Beets is as close to single-ingredient beetroot as we make. Daily Beets and Power Beets mix beetroot with apple, carrot and ginger to round out the flavour.
Does beetroot juice stain?
It can — beetroot's colour is strong, so wipe up spills and rinse cups and hands fairly promptly. It's the same deep pigment that gives the juice its colour.
Is it pasteurised?
No. We flash-freeze rather than heat-treat, so nothing is pasteurised. Keep it frozen until you want it.
How long does it keep?
Frozen, until the date on the bottle. Once defrosted, keep it in the fridge and drink within three days.
