How much ginger is actually in a shot?
It's printed on every bottle. Gentle Ginger has 10g of fresh root, Ginger Greens and Ginger Turmeric have 15g, and Ginger Max has 30g. That's the weight that went into the press, not an extract or a powder equivalent.
Which shot should I start with?
Gentle Ginger. It's 10g of root, so it's warm rather than sharp. If you already drink ginger shots elsewhere, go straight to Ginger Turmeric or Ginger Max — most shots on a shelf are milder than our middle of the range.
What's the difference between Ginger Greens and Ginger Beets?
Ginger Greens leans lighter and greener — apple, spinach and kale carry the ginger rather than fighting it. Ginger Beets is the earthier option, built around beetroot with ginger giving it a warm lift behind the beetroot itself. Both use 15g of ginger; the difference is what it's paired with, not how much ginger is in it.
How hot is Ginger Max?
Hot. 30g of raw root in 60ml is three times what's in our gentle version, and it catches the back of your throat. People who like it really like it, but it's not the one to start on.
Does Ginger Turmeric taste like Ginger Max?
Not quite. Ginger Max is 30g of ginger and nothing else, so the heat is sharp and singular. Ginger Turmeric splits that root weight — 15g ginger, 15g turmeric — so it's warming rather than sharp, with turmeric's earthier, peppery note running alongside the ginger instead of ginger doing all the work alone.
