Why frozen juice wins
There are three ways to get cold-pressed juice to your door: freeze it, high-pressure process it (HPP), or heat-pasteurise it. Only one of them leaves the juice untouched. We freeze — because the less you do to real food, the better it stays.

Pasteurising cooks juice to make it last. Freezing doesn't. Nothing is heated, so nothing is cooked out.

What is flash-frozen juice?
Flash-frozen juice, explained
Flash-frozen juice is cold-pressed juice that's frozen within moments of being pressed — captured at its freshest, without heat, high pressure or preservatives.
Most shop-bought juice has to be pasteurised or high-pressure processed so it can survive weeks on a shelf. Flash-freezing does the same job — keeping the juice safe and stable for the journey — but without processing what's inside the bottle. Nothing is cooked, nothing is put under pressure. It's simply paused.
You keep the bottles in your freezer and defrost one whenever you want it. It's how we send genuinely raw, cold-pressed juice right across the UK and have it arrive as close to fresh-pressed as it can be.

Is frozen cold-pressed juice as good as fresh?
It's the closest thing to fresh you can have delivered. Because we freeze it within moments of pressing, a defrosted bottle is far closer to just-pressed than any juice heat-treated or high-pressure processed to survive a shelf. Full answer in is frozen juice as good as fresh?
Is frozen juice better than HPP (high-pressure processed) juice?
HPP forces bottled juice through an extreme cold-pressure bath to extend shelf life, which can leave the flavour flat. Freezing skips all of that, no heat and no pressure, so the juice stays closer to how it left the press.
What if my juice arrives partly thawed?
Completely normal, especially in warm weather and nothing to worry about. As long as the bottles still feel cool to the touch, put them straight in the freezer and they'll keep as normal. The full what-to-do is in what to do if your juice arrives thawed.
Can you refreeze cold-pressed juice once it's thawed?
It depends which bottle. One that thawed in transit but is still cool can go straight back in the freezer. What we don't recommend is refreezing a bottle you've deliberately defrosted in the fridge to drink and had open for a day or two, by then it's a fresh juice, so keep it cold and finish it. How do you defrost frozen cold-pressed juice?
Move a bottle from the freezer to the fridge the night before and let it defrost slowly and cold. Give it a good shake and drink it chilled. Once defrosted, keep it in the fridge and drink within three days. Full detail in how to defrost and store frozen juice.
