Pure Beets is a 125ml beetroot juice shot — as close to 100% beetroot as you can bottle. 98% fresh whole beetroot with a small squeeze of lemon, cold-pressed and frozen within minutes of pressing. No apple to sweeten it, no water, no concentrate, no heat.

That 98% is the whole point. Most beetroot drinks are blends — beetroot cut with apple or berry to make it palatable, or concentrate reconstituted with water. Turn a supermarket carton around and beetroot is often well down the ingredients list. Here it’s very nearly the only thing in the bottle.

The 125ml format is deliberate too. It’s roughly double a standard 60ml shot, so one bottle carries a serious amount of whole beetroot rather than a token measure. Beetroot is naturally rich in nitrates, and this is beetroot in its least diluted form — fresh, raw and never heat-treated.
