The Power of One Juice a Day
Who the Daily Juice Box Is For?
This is ideal if you want an easy, realistic way to support your nutrition without strict plans or extremes. It suits busy routines, first-time juice buyers, and anyone looking to build a simple daily habit with cold-pressed juice.
It’s especially well suited if you:
- Want to add more fruit and vegetables to your day
- Prefer smaller, easy-to-drink portions
- Value consistency over short-term resets
- Don’t want to prep, blend or plan
Who It’s Not For
The Daily Juice Box isn’t designed as a cleanse or meal replacement. If you’re looking for rapid detoxes, weight-loss plans or large-volume juicing, one of our cleanses or targeted juice plans may be a better fit.
How It Fits Into Everyday Life
The Daily Juice Box is designed to work around your routine, not dictate it. Juices arrive frozen so you can store them and take one out each day when it suits you.
Drink your juice in the morning, afternoon or alongside meals – there’s no strict timing. Some customers enjoy it as part of their morning routine, others later in the day as an easy nutrition boost.
Because the juices are frozen, there’s no rush to drink everything at once. This flexibility makes it easier to stay consistent, even on busy weeks.
Why One Juice a Day Makes Sense
Building small, repeatable habits is often more effective than short, intense approaches. Adding one juice a day helps increase fruit and vegetable intake gradually, in a way that’s easier to maintain long term.
Rotating through different flavours made from a range of fruits, vegetables and roots supports nutritional variety without the need to plan meals or track intake. Over a month, these small daily choices add up – supporting everyday nutrition in a practical, sustainable way.
Allergens
Some juices in this box contain celery and may not be suitable if you have an allergy or sensitivity. Please check the ingredients before consuming. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us.

Storage Advice:
Please freeze your juices as soon as they arrive.
Take out what you need and defrost in the fridge – once thawed, they stay fresh for 48 to 72 hours.
In a rush?
If you forget to defrost a juice, just pop it in a bowl of luke warm water – it’ll be ready in about 20 minutes.
Shake well and enjoy chilled.
